Games shouldn’t be won on technicalities

Head coach Bobby Greiner Jr. and the Pee Wee girls softball team won the end of season championship game against the Cougars! Great job! You must be a proud father!

The sad news is, the Bobcats won the game on a rules infraction. The Cougars’ coach made a mistake and pitched her pitcher too many innings in the week. Bobby Greiner Jr. had a really big decision to make. They could have let us change pitchers or win the game. The score was tied 1-1 in the top of the second. His decision was to make 7- 8-year-old girls cry and watch as adults around them act crazy!

Whatever words that were exchanged between parents, officials, coaches, and the heartbreak of all those kids is all on you, Bobby. We will sleep good. How about you?
