Courier keeps on traveling around the world
Etcetera
By JUDY KRIEGER, Courier Editor
Denise and David Hull of Ottumwa, along with Jeff Bosley, recently enjoyed a hunting safari in South Africa.
They also visited sight seeing at the Pilanesberg National Park. “It was a beautiful park and full of wild animals,” Denise said. “Except for the elephants. We never saw a single elephant on the whole trip.”
She joked, “We were guessing that they all left Africa and joined a circus somewhere.”
Evidently Denise had some concerns about going in the wilds but ended up having the “time of her life and didn’t want to come home.”
Dave and Jeff each came home with lots of plains game (deer type animals).
The three called it the trip of a lifetime and are ready to go back again.
Sounds great to me.

Stephanie Dee of Solon, Iowa, won the 2008 HGTV Dream Home. Stephanie is married to Tommy Dee, nephew of Diana Allman of Ottumwa.
The house is located in the Florida Keys, in the town of Islamorada. Stephanie and Tommy are vacationing there now and invited family to join them for a few days of fun in the sun!
Allman says, “Of course, we took the Courier along, and here we are posing for a family picture in front of this incredible house!”
Looks cool, that’s for sure.
